Don't stress yourself out over it, art is supported to be like a way to get your creativity out and it's supposed to be therapeutic, unless it's your main job. I'm sure you're doing well, it does take a lot of time to see large improvements and many artists do genuinely practice everyday to find the artstyle that works the best for them. Keep going, you're doing good, the fact that you're trying to learn to draw instead of just relying on Ai is a pretty amazing fact too, so you're doing good. <3

Its okay bro ive been drawing since i was a little child, i also get discourage but i keep it positive because it is not something that can be perfect overnight, if you got stress out try listening to music or people talking and scribble something it really helps out
