It’s the shock of seeing someone she cares for injured. At the time all she can think about is her maid saved her, but at the cost of her life. It’s a normal reaction, ur brain takes a few seconds to process what just happens. Her guilt also took over, as she knew it that blow was for her. She does end up using her powers to save her in the next chapter.
