Hilarious. Absolutely hilarious — it never failed to entertain. So fucking good!
On a serious note, though: the art was what kept me going, along with the absurd, ironic amusement of such unbelievably low-quality writing. It felt like reading a hundred generic romance plots mashed into one chaotic novel. Id bet my right hand this was written purely for comedy purposes - because if not, a note to the author: please dont write novels like this anymore. And if you do, at least slap a big-ass label on the cover saying "For laughs and giggles."
I couldnt take it seriously or get emotionally invested. There was no real character development, no backstories, no explanations - just pure, glorious chaos. It honestly felt like a pile of rough drafts from different stories jammed together. Wouldnt even be surprised if, by the end, the male lead turned into a vampire and the main character turned out to be a vampire hunter.
Still, Id probably read it again - its light, chaotic, ridiculous, and unintentionally funny. Everythings surface-level: character arcs, plot, emotion - all shallow. But that’s part of the charm. I suppose? Tho I highly think that for most folk - it'd only bring emotional damage, if ur a sane pleb i'd heartfully reccomend u to find another novel to read and avoid this one:)
