I truly cannot stand this art style. As far as Yaoi literature goes, this hits all of the tropes and points one might expect it to. What you see is what you will get. For this reason, if the premise of a cat boy boss titillates you, you will find exactly what you are looking for here (if not with a rather uninspired artistic rendering). As someone who has my doctorate in Yaoi (minor in Yumejoshi, certificate in Gender Bender Genre) I have to say that the Joo character is an abysmal scum of the Earth who I must needs execute with my own bear hands. The way Dan is written is so pathetic and painfully exploitable; it is comical how horribly destitute he is.
