I truly cannot stand this art style. As far as Yaoi literature goes, this hits all of the tropes and points one might expect it to. What you see is what you will get. For this reason, if the premise of a cat boy boss titillates you, you will find exactly what you are looking for here (if not with a rather uninspired artistic rendering). Otherwise, I recommend it to laugh at for it's inclusion of two sets of ears on the cat boss, as my student doing residency with me pointed out.
