I read this manga some time age, it was about a guy who wanted to became a demone and I think he did a ritual in which he sacrificed all himself after eating the demon, and then the demon took him in his world and taught him how to become a demon and such. There was a structure based on names, the more powerful you were the more names you could pronounce. The power was obtained trough confidence alone, it was all about you being able to respond to the others without being swung by their words, mastering the ability to stand strong in front of the other demon, and like the hierarchy was formed. I remember the MC hated the demon who brought him there, I don't remember why, and so he wanted to find out how he was named so that he could beat him someday, or kill him eventually.
