I really wanted to know why the mother came to Morinaga, and even if she has some change of heart or the courage to express her own beliefs with the last visit of Morinaga, I think that made her finally realize that she was losing both her sons, just bc she wanted grandchildren.
But its gonna be really difficult for Morinaga(with his low self-esteem and all) to forgive YEARS of both his parents giving him the cold shoulder and not accepting that he’s gay, but maybe MAYBE Senpai will help Morinaga to forgive his parents, to finally have this closure of his past and his problems, and maybe this could help to consolidate MORE their relationship…
