It's a bl, basically the guy was in a bar/private room thingy, and who I'm assuming is the seme was waving cash at the guy, laughing with his friends and some girls and beckoning the uke, so the uke leans over the table and takes the money with his mouth like it was no problem, he seemed sassy while doing it too.

Basically it's a horror manga, the students were on some school trip on a yacht but they get into a storm and end up on some fucked up island and like some of them die, I remember a group of them took refuge in a cave and they end up finding some other survivors too, but like the habitants of the island were messed up and weird, the MC is a male, I can't remember if it had some weird explicit scenes (unfortunately gross) but it was also pretty gore-y (it's a horror so wtvr)
