I can't say this is one of those disgusting incest stories where I'd immediately drop. Sad was the only word I could summarize it for the mc.
Ultimately, the ml inherited his disgusting Father's mental illness in addition to the trauma from being a victim of his abuse.
Summary of everything so far:
Innocent Minkyung grew up in a loving environment with wonderful parents who treated her with tender care... until her 17th birthday.
After finding their family certificate, which her father was not included in, she finally realized the truth of her father's so called "extended business trips" throughout her childhood.
Poor Minkyung, in reality she was cursed with the misfortune of being born out of wedlock to a pitiful mother and a psychopath father.
She was upset with her Father, and felt envious of his real family. Her mother eventually died, while the father was with his legitimate wife. Little did she know, her father's other life was not all butterflies, sunshine, and rainbows...
He treated his wife and other two children like shit. Beat the shit out of the kids with golf clubs, knifes, and anything he could get his hands on. His son, finds him smiling on the phone, and never having seen his bastard father make that expression, he grows curious.
Naturally, the kids eventually grow up and suffer severe psychological disparities as a result of their demented father's abuse.
The son finds his half-sister, and approaches her without letting her know of their relation. At first he was uncertain as to what exactly he wanted to do with her, but his initial intentions were obviously not good. Ultimately, they gain comfort from each other and begin fucking on the regular.
Tragically, they end up falling in love with each other. Minkyung, once again suffers the misfortune of being related to her dastardly father, and finds out the truth about Jinhyuk being her half brother after it's too late.
Jinhyuk is currently holding Minkyung against her will at one of his residences. She's struggling with the fact that he's her half-brother, and she loves him romantically. She manages to steal his phone, contacts someone, and now her mother's sister is suddenly the maid there.
End of Summary up to Ch 18.
This shit is so fucking sad. I feel so bad for Minkyung. But I also feel terrible for Jinhyuk and their older sister who's hospitalized, because these characters were the biggest victims in this story. It's not at all surprising that Jinhyuk has mental issues, and I'm sure even with his fucked up head, he actually loves Minkyung.
The Dastardly Diabolical Disgusting Piece of Shit Father is the only Monsterous Villain here. I'm not satisfied with him collapsing from a pain in his chest after seeing the product of his heinous actions. I need this motherfucker to suffer and die a horrible death. I'm with the Older Sister in the Hospital on this one.

Zero character development for Haesu, Zero karma for that bastard Mincheol, and everything revolving around Taeha is taking entirely too fucking long.
