I need to find a BL I was reading but forgot to bookmark and don't remember much of it. Basically, the MC was isekai'ed into a BL (i think) where he was the love interest of a guy(ML) who bought him from an auction. ML proceeds to treat MC poorly but MC doesn't seem to mind which baffles ML
