I am genuinely baffled and honestly feel like throwing up. Has this place really become an echo chamber for weirdos to defend and normalize vile stuff like pedophilia and CSAM just because it’s “fiction”? Are you even aware that possessing fictional CP,yes, even drawn or animated,is criminally offensive and punishable in most countries? Someone told me I’m using the word pedophile too casually because “no real children are harmed” and that it’s “disrespectful to real victims.” Well guess what I am a real CSA victim but I don’t owe anyone my trauma story to justify my stance. What other term do you want me to use for people who get off on the sexual depiction of children? Society and the law both recognize that behavior as pedophilic. Don’t lecture me about terminology when you’re excusing the sexualization of minors under the guise of “fiction.” Some things should never be normalized, no matter the medium. It’s terrifying how desensitized people have become, thinking it’s fine to consume “fictional CP” just because no real child was involved. They’re feeding their predatory fantasies through fiction because they know they can’t act on them in real life and that’s exactly why it’s dangerous. I sincerely hope people like that never come near any child. And before anyone throws the tired line of “put this energy into helping real victims,” I already do. I’ve supported and helped many CSA survivors like myself. You don’t know me, so don’t you dare dismiss or downplay what I’m saying.SOME OF Y'ALL MAKE ME SICK

    YES people need to shut up and stop saying "but its fictionaaaal" fiction can directly influence reality??? what about the rise of "killer clowns" after IT came out?? so whos to say that people arent going to be seeing rape in webcomics and thinking its normal to do because the author will make the victim seem ax though theyre enjoying it?
    and how many teenagers do you hear saying "they're so me" to fictional characters, because they are looking up to and inspired by them- the same logic will apply to rapists in webcomics because after or before the event they'll act like a good person.

    and on the note of paedophilia, its disgusting how its so hidden and ingrained with people passing it off as "he's a twink" when the character is the size of the mls LEG and acts like a child. Thats not an "age gap" thats not a "twink" thats the author disguising CP with their words.

    Hello, I understand your point but please you don’t realise you are undermining real victims by using words like pedophile so easily, there is no child harmed in fiction while the effect on predators on children in real life is simply devastating and by making such statements like this you are creating a blanket of ‘equally bad’ . I can’t stand childish looking characters no matter their age hell I can’t even stand when they behave like a child so I’m not saying this to clear my guilty conscience in any form but to simply explain that it can be harmful to use jargon that applies to real people onto fictional characters. It is completely ok to be weary of those who engage in such content.

    Hello, idk what to tell you but I am a CSA victim myself, and I’m fully aware of when and why I use the word pedophile. It honestly seems like you’re more interested in protecting people who feed off disgusting fantasies involving children through so-called “fiction” than acknowledging how harmful that is. Fictional child sexual content is not harmless,it normalizes sexual interest in minors, retraumatizes survivors, and contributes to a culture that excuses predators. Whether it’s drawn, written, or animated, those who seek out sexual depictions of children are still consuming and enjoying the sexualization of minors, which is why many countries classify “fictional CP” as CSAM and criminalize its possession. I don’t engage with that content because it makes me sick, but I’ll absolutely call out the people who do for what they are, pedophiles!. If you want to argue semantics, go ahead and use more technical terms like “people who consume sexualized depictions of minors,” “individuals who possess or distribute fictional CSAM,” or “people who sexualize childlike characters,” but at the end of the day, the behavior is still morally revolting and they'd still be considered a pedophile both by society and law. Hiding behind the excuse of “it’s just fiction” doesn’t make it any less vile,it just shows a lack of empathy and critical thinking. Stop defending something as disgusting as shotacon and start acknowledging the real-world harm that normalization of child sexualization causes.

    Are you blind? where do you see me making an album? I just took some panels off the gallery of the manga which is publicly available to show how weird and disgusting it is. I do enough to help CSA victims cause i am one myself. Just say you enjoy seeing a child in sexual depiction and go.
