Yes she was shocked as well for the lose, still is not an excuse to act this way.
I was shopping at a beauty shop and after I purchased the items I had to rush to take the train. On my way to exit I bashed against the window instead, mistaken it with the exit door. Gladly it didn’t broke, but everyone was watching.
