I think Ugawa might like Sasaki, and that tall blonde classmate of miyano might like Miyano. Perhaps they might make a conflict out of these potential second leads in the volume.

Also, I get the feeling that Tashiro might end up with Akikawa because do you all remember that one chapter where everyone is at that little candy story, and Tashiro got that slip that reads his fate about how he will meet his soulmate, and then Akikawa appears in that chapter. And in this chapter, Tashiro seems to have exchanged numbers and is getting along with Akikawa. (≧∀≦)

If the tall “blonde” you’re talking about is the one on the basketball team , Kyouji , he has grey hair and is very supportive of SasaMiya. He is very vocal about wanting a girlfriend. But I am interested to see if Ugawa likes Sasaki. I didn’t get that impression , but the chapter was poorly translated. My best guess is that he is a micro celeb or something and that’s why he wears a mask

It kinda made me suspicious too, whenever Kyouji was way too concerned with Miyano. Or how he gets flustered and tries to make it clear that he's just a classmate of Miyano infront of Sasaki. But otherwise, it's so curious why he's being given such spotlight theast few chapters when he barely appeared before. Can't wait for his part in the story.
As for Ugawa, you're right! That guy must be a celeb of sorts.

A little rant up ahead:
I revisited this story out of nostalgia, only to wonder how I ever liked it. Kyouta is the worst—he bullied, harassed, assaulted, pulled her hair, led her on while sleeping around with other girls, and acted like a misogynistic jerk. His so-called “tragic past” was the weakest excuse: blaming his teacher’s behavior and his mother’s affair (after enduring an abusive marriage. And I know cheating is bad, but the hurt this woman faced, both physical and emotional with that monster of a husband of hers, I think it was only natural she would turn away towards someone that treats her better.) doesn’t justify treating women like trash.
Even as a “boyfriend,” he constantly pressured the FL into sexual situations, let random girls stay over, gave them his clothes, and was almost ridiculously friendly with other girls right in front of her. He even treated his mother—who fought for his custody and genuinely loved him—terribly. If he can’t respect his own mother, how could he respect his girlfriend?
Honestly, I’m disappointed in myself for ever liking this. Leaving this note here as a reminder never to reread it.(/TДT)/

I’m so upset.
The mom and Ken suffered too much, yet they were incredible, standing by the MC even when the world was against him, never blaming him despite everything.
In contrast, I couldn’t stand the guy’s son, absolutely despicable! And the MC’s sister was upsetting too; with her brother on trial for murder and her mother's life ruined and clearly in need of some support at least from her daughter, all said daughter cared about was her social life. I’m glad everything settled in the end, but the journey was still so upsetting.

Are there any novel readers here? Please tell me if we will ever get to see Lolan again after this arc. Ugh, I love my girl. I feel so sad for her.

Spoiler:
Unfortunately, I’ve already caught up with the translations (though I mostly skimmed, lol), and Lolan doesn’t appear again—at least not until volume 10. There’s no indication that she’ll return, so it’s likely this arc concludes her storyline. Maomao does think about her from time to time and wonders where she might be, but that’s about it. Suirei, on the other hand, shows up quite a bit.
Bummer. She was my favorite character(/TДT)/
The count and dosirak's story made me ugly cry, ngl. My heart is getting weaker by the day...
Anyways, Thank you so much for your hardwork translating team! I love your cute little notes and memes at the end. They make my day. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Also, is this story on l*zhin? Do I support the author there? Or is it on ridi? Can anyone tell me please?
