Korean age is just plus nine months whatever internationally recognized birthday you have. So wooyeon is 19 probably.
You have to add another year once it's new year, that's why they say he is 20 (9 months before being born, and then the year added bcs of new year). He us 18 internationally and 20 in what it used to be Korean age
