Honestly what the fuck. I kinda dislike jeanette but not in a way that she would be evil, but moreso on the fact that her naivety and easily-manipulative and trustworthy character makes her almost this suspicious and antagonistic person. I actually find it clever that they're using the supposed-to-be protagonist with the nicest personality and aura become somebody we dislike. She doesn't know she's becoming the cause and the wall of all this bc of the attitude and mindset given to her as the protagonist and by the author of the novel. She was written like this, and this alone could be her downfall. I stg she is creating her own problems with her being easily manipulated and telling her problems with someone who she doesn't even question their motives?? Princess kindly back the fuck up, you're stepping on athy's gown.

I get how some readers don't like the seme but pls also consider that in every story or narrative, there's such thing as "characteristics" and "development". We're still in chapter two. Also, the seme's character is what makes up their overall "dynamic" as a couple.

For now, I'm liking the story and their dynamic. Though, I don't like the manipulative side of the seme. His character of being carefree and laid back (cool) is also shown. It is to consider that his character is really supposed to be a fuckboy or sex maniac. Plus, there's no rape scene. Thank God.

As for the uke, the plot starter is him being gaga over the seme but I hope his character develops from this predicament.
