I do believe that ML does know that MC is a human! We saw that when Euclase talks to Joshua about MC being a human, there was a presence he sensed. We don’t see the face, but we see a pair of black boots. And this chapter shows a very similar pair of boots belonging to the ML when he enters Chelsie’s barrier.
So I do have a feeling that ML already knows and is just waiting until MC is comfortable enough to reveal this!
I think that too! So i don't think he'll be shocked when she tells she's a human, i think what will shock him the most is when he saw how she looks like and finds out she was the girl he fall for in the first time in the capital

And if I'm not mistaken, when FL were with ML in the meeting room with some other people, Ewan shows up and tell him saying you can't trust her or something, she's human.....not sure how's the conversation goes but he's the one ended up spilling the information
And when ml found out, he didn't get mad, sure he was shocked but that's it,
And after some conversations happen,
He asked how does she turn to cat, she told him it's thanks to the bracelet
ml asked her if he can see her true form, She's not ready yet and says no
and when night arrives
Fl wanted to sleep elsewhere since the secret is out but ML is like it's no different, your in cats form
FL was suspicious of him,. asking him if he will removed the bracelet when she sleep, he says no and when they sleep, she ended up sleeping first, he removed the bracelet revealing her true form is the one he's been thinking of all along and he thought that he's advisor (the one searching for her/asking him to get married) will be happy knowing this.
