I am not good at english so i have some questions. Please help me
1. It's long time since i saw anime. I remembered in anime, i saw the episode that seme drank alcohol in Canada (i am not sure, it seem like that day is his father and step mother died). He went home after had sex and drank. Uke stayed at home to wait for him. I just want to know that time has seme like uke or he only think uke like a little brother? And i want to read that chapter one more time to understand what he thinks
2. I read some chapters and saw he fall in love with uke but next chapters his friend told about his old girlfriend. He took the card number and decided to call her but uke discontinuity it. At that time, has seme love uke?

1- He was conflicted. Ren already loved him in a romantic way. But at this point Haru only wanted to keep him close. He found Ren super important (if not he would not have chased him as far as Canada) but he was not sure he wanted "more". He was still conflicted when they came back to Japan. A part of him wanted Ren to call him "Brother"' but another not because it meant that their relationship would not go further than that.
2- Same thing. By that point he knew that Ren was super important to him. I mean when he was drunk the thing he wanted to do was sleep with Ren after all. But he was not sure just how much he actually loved and wanted him. Was he just confusing his "brotherly" feelings for something more? Did he not act this way just to please Ren and bound him to him because he wanted Ren to stay to realize his dream or living with all his brothers in the same house? It's only later in the story that he finally decided to be serious about their relationship and admit that Ren was the one he wanted. For the reason he tought about calling his ex-girlfriend, he was drunk and remembering his first love I suppose. She made an impression on him. Maybe he just wanted to catch up. Maybe he unconsciously was missing her and old feelings surfaced. But Ren telling him to not old back for his sake woke him up. He was more afraid of Ren leaving him than he wanted to catch up with her. And once sober he realized that he was over her, and that she probably was too or she would not have tried to contact him.

for your question #2, im pretty sure the seme had already loved the uke he even said in the anime that he wasn't actually going to call her.

So this mean at the beginning, seme just thinks uke like a little brother and wants to take care of him with intimate actions in the unconscious like kissing, hugging,... but seme doesn't realize these are expressions of lovers for each other. And until uke discontinuity when he's about to call his old girlfriend, he just realized it was love and he loved uke, right?

I think he lied and was actually conflicted about calling her or not because he kept the card with him while drinking kept looking at it. But it's only my hypothesis.
It's just my idea however? I could be wrong.
I don't remember the chapter but for the ex-girlfriend scene it was the episode 6 of the season 1 of the anime if I recall.
For the moment Haru realized his feelings, I don't think it was right after this part but even later in the story. Not sure when exactly however. Maybe after Haruko left? Or when he returned to his 25 years old self in the amnesia arc?
Today i have read it and in vol 5 seem like seme doesn't realize his love for uke. He just kiss and act as a lover with uke. Uke likes him but seme likes uke in different way

When I read chapter 6, Haru's friend persuaded him to call his old girlfriend, at first he seemed to hate calling her because of the past, but on page 36 I saw Haru almost called her. So I don't understand why he did it. He wanted to reunion with her and loved her again? (I have watched that episode of anime many times so I feel confused because I think he loves Ren and don't understand why did that)
Chapter 17, in Ren' flashback, Haru went out and came back the next morning with someone's scent on him. In the anime I watched, that was around the time of his parents' memorial. He often went out drinking to cope with his sadness. Did he sleep with someone? (Like I said earlier, I feel confused because I think he has loved Ren already and don't understand why he did that. So in that time, did he love Ren yet? Or he hadn't known his feelings for Ren?)
Those things were the reasons made me feel confused many years and I still don't like this manga. Can anyone explain them for me?

this is just my understanding. haru wanting to call his ex is simply for a closure. the same thing the ex wanted as kiyo said she wanted to properly apologize since she just left him. it seemed that after the shelter found out their relationship, haru got kicked out and she left (likely fired) so they never had a closure.
haru himself thought that he never thought of her until kiyo brought her up. meaning he had moved on. it's not too rekindle the relationship.
as for ch 17, yes, i think he did slept with someone. we've seen how moody he got when it's close to the memorial day. it seems the survivor guilt and feeling of loneliness is at its peak. it's been heavily implied but haru's past relationships seemed to be more of a bad coping mechanism for a sense of belonging. to cope with his loneliness than actually liking them. add to that, ren wasn't there with him. he was away on a summer camp. so he's alone in the house at canada during his parents memorial day. it was probably too lonely for him, and he lapsed to his usual bad coping mechanism which is sleeping with someone.
as for if he did like ren—romantically, i assume—during this time. it's kinda complicated, no? one of the twins mentioned in later ch that haru already fell for ren when he chased after him to canada, but at the time, haru himself never really thought how he actually felt for ren. all he knows is that, "i love ren, my little brother."
the story progresses to how when ren declared he would simply be his brother and haru wondered how is this any different than their usual relationship. iku asking what exactly is their relationship(it was smth along this line) and haru answering he never really thought of it. (but during that question, he did already acknowledge his romantic feeling for ren.)
so, going back to the question if haru already liked ren back then? i think yes, he did. but he had yet to actually realize or process the nature of his feeling. he just knows ren is precious to him.
