This is definitely written by a former Wattpad writer. We’ve got all the classics: the normal fangirl catching her idol’s attention in the mere effort it takes water to flows, and the entire ML’s group unironically thinking “she’s not like other girls.” It’s hilarious. Still gonna eat it up though, because the art is absolutely scrumptious!

Ugh, authors always go this route. They just have to make the second lead, who everyone actually likes, problematic at some point, or ruin their character entirely just to uplift the male lead. Like, if you want to show off how great your ML is, then give him real character development. Why drag others down just to leverage him?
I honestly feel bad for the friends. Neither Dohu nor Juheon are taking their concern seriously — or them, really. These guys have stood by their side for so long and seem like genuinely good people, yet they’re being treated so dismissively. I’d be so annoyed if I were in their place. Like, fine, if you don’t want me interfering, that’s one thing. Just say it to my face. Don’t act like this and toss my concern aside. And leaving without a single word? Anyone would worry and feel hurt.
These two friends are the true MVPs here. I love them.
