I know he’s working on himself and he never actually cheated but she’s found interest beyond him and the society she was raised in and now an opportunity. It feels like it’d be an actual difficult choice if she loved him and they had been cultivating a relationship but literally she’s just living on obligations. I think it’d be a real shame if at the end of this she doesn’t choose that. Choose herself.
