Are these just filler episodes and why does the art look different and the words are like all over the place I actually used to understand what's going on but now pure confusion
No, these episodes are actually important plot points, setting up for the next few chapters.
It looks like the recent uploaded chapters are from a new uploader who didn't use their own raws. It looks like they used a Spanish groups work because they didn't bother to translate the sfx from Spanish.
In the raws there's no change in artwork that I could tell. But there has been cleaning/ redrawing done on the Spanish chapters but I don't know if it was done by the uploader/English traslator or the Spanish group.
Also there are sections of order/missing from these chapters than what I remember from the raws which I looked at a while ago this could be the reason why it is difficult to follow.
Other reasons could be (from what some of the other groups translating said) is that a lot of idioms and complicated language (in the raws) is used making it difficult to translate in the first place.
I'm also assuming that whoever translated using the Spanish scans probably translated from Spanish to English rather than the original Korean. Which means that there is context lost between each translation that the translators were not able to fill in (there are a lot of places that the translator notes that they weren't sure of the translation of certain speech bubbles and other notes suggesting that they put best guess in the bubble).

When I first started reading stories that followed points of view many characters I found it confusing too. My first very difficult to follow series was the Wheel of Time series. Becauseof my dyslexia I came up with reading strategies when I was reading that series on how to gather of each character/event in my head (you could be following perspectives of up to 20 different characters for the one event and or related events).
I will try to outline a brief rundown of events so far it may take me a bit.

heeso didn't forgive chowon but he did try to say sorry to heeso and promised to be better and i don't think there's any harm in changing and having a second chance to make things right...
First he had the most development in this webtoon.
Second he didn’t rape Hesso, he apologize, that it’s a big step when your head makes you thing that you didn’t do any bad thing, and Hesso didn’t forgive him so he can feel bad for a long time.
People didn’t forgive him in 24hr, Chowoon is one of the most hated characters and I can understand it, but he did a big step and he is really changing so you know people can have second opportunities.
