Only now rereading the chapters I see how juyeon is slowly, almost nonchalantly, doing things for jiwook, like giving him food and medicine. For now, jiwook is resistant to everything, but I feel like it will come a time when he will start to accept these things (maybe even beg for it). Fully becoming dependent on the other person. I guess this is what juyeon truly wants, really. That's manipulation right there.
