Before yuuta lost his memory, he has another name. Actually yuuta was not his real name. When he gained consciousness from coma, he lost his memory and called himself "yuuta". Before the accident happened, tomohisa and yuuta had a big fight, both was hurt so much and broke up because one of them was forced by their parents to get marry. I'm not sure whom but i think it was tomohisa. for current situation, he was like running away from his family and he was so scared when he accidentally saw them later.

This is just going round in circles. We are ALLUDED to the man sexually abusing the older son. We are ALLUDED to the man & maids poisoning the older son. How did the older son even become friends with the dark haired boy, how long has his ALLUDED to confinement & abuse went on?

Yes using metaphors to show abuse, and showing the day to day life of living under it is fine, but this is just a rather wishy washy plot at this point, due to NOTHING being clarified, only readers making assumptions.
