Hey, i tried asking around how to spell 704 in korean. Apparently, if we go by seven hundred four, it would be "chil baek sa". And if we go by seven zero four, it would be "chil gong sa". I'm not sure though

and OP, for the sake of flow his name in english would be probably pronounced ‘seven oh four’. it just sounds better than zero and also considering how his name in korean has 3 syllables <3
