Guwon is their greatest protection against the zombie apocalypse yet they want to get rid of him?
Well if someone killed people's loved ones because they were deemed not useful, it just wouldn't be possible to have 100% good feelings towards them despite getting protection from them don't you think?
To me it's like that was the sacrifice they had to give in order for them to live/survive. They are in a zombie apocalypse so everything is not going to be sun shine and rainbows. Everything in their town has order to it and Guwon the main thing holding the town/order together so if Guwon is gone then everything is going to fall apart.
The Exploration is, that guwon and the hounds would kill the people who want to leave. Only usefull people are allowed to live.
People who dont understand like that psycho bluebird are not right in the head.
