Think about it ... When the MC was bout to die (probably the old shadow lord was dying too) so in other to save his soul it was put in someone eals body) MC was given the opportunity to become a new person...like U do in a game and in other for his physical body to match his new soul he was made to train hard and texted on several occasions....
