Murder is an option I would give advice to ML. I would not hold back to kill that kind of biological blood related sperm donor. Slow poison, assassination, un-intentionally car accident, etc.
I dont think I would feel satisfied even if ML tried his best begging to win back MC. Even if he realized it, the relationship between them is so dumb. MC knew from the start that they are together just for fwop fwop. This is what happen when you normalize it from the start of the relationship. He should've said it as soon he fall in love with ML. At least it end early than suffering wait for the "right moment".
Don't normalize red flag, even smallest red dot can be the biggest dumbass red flag if you let it be.
