It's easy, really. Head's, well, more level-headed, logical, and cunning. His actions are based on instincts and intuitions. Heart's more emotionally tethered and driven, the softie yet also emotionally intelligent. Dick's doesn't have much screen time yet, but I bet he's more driven on sudden decisions and impulse, or always looking for satisfaction.
