I hate when these types of stories somehow twist the side-woman as the evilest mastermind and the biggest villain (obviously there are a few where they kind of are, but most of them are just petty and jealous), I’ll never say that they’re innocent in the situation or don’t deserve some repercussions, but it’s so weird how the woman is judged harsher than the man.
The side-woman isn’t the one who’s promised or engaged, or even has any real connections to the FL (in this case at least), it’s the guy. So why is she judged and treated harsher compared to the man who literally married or allegedly ‘loved’ the FL’s?! Or like in a more general situation, made all these promises and vows, and then decided to cheat or backstab. The side-woman isn’t innocent, but the man deserves all the hate and the worst endings compared to the woman. Like yeah, don’t go for a married or a spoken for guy, common decency. But also?!?
What the heck, you’re a grown ass man talking about loving or marrying someone and then cheat/betray them? You’re the worst person in this situation. I want to start a revolt for all the side-women who are treated worse than the cheater, hang that man by the balls, instead of hanging the woman (she can get a tussle).
Also, I hate the Emperor actually, and the parental figures in most of these stories who raise a shitty man or woman and then shift all the blame only to their children. Well news flash, kids aren’t born in a way. They’re raised to act or expect things a certain way, your character isn’t made at birth, it’s something taught.
I feel a bit pathetic posting this, but almost everything about me is depressingly pathetic. So I've just sucked up my pride and embarrassment to write this. First of all, Hi! I'm -name redacted- but my online alias is Wicked Witch shortened to just Witch or Wicked. I'm a highschool student who loves fiction, while not entirely all genres of fiction I just enjoy the art of imagination and creativity. I'm a die-hard marvel fan, have read and watched the entire Maze Runner and Beautiful Creature's Series, have read a plethora of manga (too many to count) subsequently has watched way too much anime, have watched quite a good bunch of tv shows and movies, and loves to read books ( currently working my way through the amazing Raven Cycle series, thank my virtual school library).
You may be wondering why am I here? Well, unfortunately I love the idea of playing games with friends, but the friends I do have don't play Genshin, which is the only online game I actually enjoy playing. I have played a few times with random people and an even smaller amount of times with my sister's but I feel that I can't fully grasp the joy of co-op. So I've come here to search for a long term partner.
Now that we've somewhat clarified that lets get down to business! First and foremost, I am a very inconsistent player in the sense that I don't have a specific time frame that I play through nor a specific day since I have many siblings that I have to grapple through before being able to play, so I was hoping that someone would be willing to put up with that. Secondly, I'm a very casual player, I try to get my characters build to a level in which they can do good enough damage but nothing too crazy, my daily play session usually consists of; me completing my commissions, using all of my resin (the daily 160, maybe some condensed, and even less likely my fragile), and then maybe doing a little more on the side. Like I said, very casual.
Thirdly, I am a PS4 player and let me just stress how fucking hard it is to try to type with a controller, and I'd like to be able to communicate with my partner so I'd like for us to be able to talk through either Discord (which I think is the easiest), Instagram, or even Snapchat if that's what you prefer.. Lastly, I'm just putting this in case, but I'm not at all picky with who I play with. But since I think it's a requirement to be in a similar adventure rank I'm just going to include my info. I'm on AR 50 (trying to fully ascend my characters before leveling up), World Level 6, and all of my main characters are Lvl.80 with Chongyun being my only fully maxed out character (what can I say he's my baby). They all can do fairly well damage, nothing in the five digit range though.
I want to get better or at least progress my writing, and the only way I can do that is to have feedback. So I'm here to make a proposal, if anyone is interested in someone who's work you would read and then give feedback and they do the same for your writing. Then hit me up, I'm not a great writer so don't feel pressured or embarrassed. I just want to write, I'll exchange things about me and you'd do the same. So that we could get to know each other!

Yup I noticed that too! The white dresses the mc is wearing really washes her out and ml kinda looks like a vampire with the color scheme
I love when the Korean artists draw everyone pale and blond and blue eyed and then do the story line like “she was always bullied for her blond hair….” And then make the antagonist dark haired and dark eyed sometimes if you open your eyes, self hate can be seen
