Help! I don't know where else to go and ask opinions from. I wanted to buy ORV novel (eng official) but from amazon since they are taking preorders. I can't buy from izepress sites since the currency exchange rate is too high. Will it be reliable to preorder or should I just wait till the release and then purchase?
