I don't really have a concrete deal on how but I just go with the flow and touch grass. I go watch at the Cinema monthly so I could feel better than watching it online or buy myself something as a reward for doing something good or an improvement just even a little bit. Talking or hanging out with someone I trusts makes me a tad better too. Highkey......
