Can the jackass brother and father shut up? It’s there fault anyway for creating this situation and pressurising Luan when he doesn’t even want to be count? The brother is out right faking his illness and then has the audacity to talk.

People alway say how Na Haesoo’s body seems unrealistic but to me she looks very realistic because I’ve seen so many people with this body type. Na Haesoo isn’t shown to be very skinny. She has a healthy amount of fat around her stomach and she has thick thighs and legs. Her boobs are big but it’s not like they are unrealistically big and they match her body shape because again she’s not overly thin and petite. Na Haesoo is somewhat curvy. Sure she’s not fat and has a somewhat flat stomach but again it’s not overly thin with a none existent waist. There are women with big boobs, reasonably flat stomach and thick thighs. If she only had big boobs and the rest of her body looked malnourished then it would’ve been unrealistic. Compared to her Taeha’s body is more unrealistic.

The comments on this manga are so weird. First of all, the story is actually interesting and really good. It’s different and unpredictable because we still don’t know what happened in the past to Cain, Agio and Vercike and who the true villain is. My guess is that Cain is the actual villain because this is all something that he has planned a long time ago. Cain is the one keeping Ken quite at times and he has a specific plan in motion. Cain could also read Vercike’s thoughts when he was young but pretended he couldn’t. Cain isn’t the lovable and merciful God of the moon as people claim he is. Second, people continue to shit on Agia but forget what he’s been going through since literal childhood. The church literally trained him to kill vampires since he was a boy. They forcefully took him from his mother when he was a child. His mother died in from of him by Vercike while trying to save Agia by running away from the church. The church would abandon Agia in forests with starving vampires on the loose and ask a young boy Agia to not only survive but kill them. They would brainwash and emotionally abuse him constantly by saying he’s going to end up like the other people of the night which is in a water tank as a half dead test subject if he goes against the church. They raised Agia to kill him in the name of the prophecy. They made Agia believe that is his only worth as a human being. They made Agia so incredibly miserable that he himself believes that the only way he can be free is by killing himself for the prophecy. Agia just wants to be free now. He’s been through too much. He doesn’t think he is worth anything and he is just tired now. I know he did wrong by lying to Ken and deceiving him about the prophecy. There is no excuse for that. Given what the church did to Agia I’m surprised people think Agia would still behave like a normally well adjusted character. The man has been suffering physically and emotionally for years on end. He’s being brainwashed into believing he has to die ever since he was a child. I’m surprised how some readers don’t understand Agia and aren’t sympathetic towards him at all. These readers shouldn’t have such a one directional approach to his character and actually use critical thinking to understand his circumstances and actions. The way Agia behaves is totally rational for someone in his position and situation. Even after the way Agia has been treated he still truly does love Ken. His actions speak louder that his love for Ken is real and true. I’m also glad Agia started telling the whole truth to Ken about the situation. Now it’s up to Ken to persuade Agia that his life matters and is worth living. It’s not easy to undo years of brainwashing but Ken can do it because Ken loves Agia just as much. Ken now understands Agia. He also knows despite everything Agia still tries to do what he can for Ken like saving Rosie and treating her well. The story is really good and I’m sorry to say but the commenters are unnecessarily shitting on it so much. Sure some people may not like it as much or may have certain issues with it but it is still not as bad as the comments exaggerate it to be. If people can like stories like “Jinx” and shit on this then just see what their critical thinking capacity is.

Since there is a slight debate regarding the coworker I’d like to give my opinion:
The coworker didn’t do the right thing. First of all, the coworker and Na Hae-soo aren’t close at all. They merely exchange pleasantries at work only and even then the coworker doesn’t fail to give back handed compliments meant to humiliate Na Hae-soo because she is jealous of her and at the same time she feels she is superior to Na Hae-soo. Second, the coworker knew nothing about the situation at all. She only had a suspicion relating to Na Hae-soo. She should have at least observed the situation a little more to gain a better understanding about it before even thinking about doing something. She didn’t even try to get any clarity about the situation from Na Hae-soo herself. Third, she doesn’t even know or has seen Na Hae-soo’s ex husband before. How quickly she came to the conclusion that Na Hae-soo is definitely cheating and deceiving without any sort of proof is surprising. Forth, she didn’t do this because she had a good moral compass. She did this because she’s jealous of Na Hae-soo and wants to humiliate her. She’s not worried about Na Hae-soo or the guy. Fifth and most importantly, it’s none of the coworkers business what Na Hae-soo does and doesn’t. She’s literally no one. She’s not even close to Na Hae-soo nor does she know Na Hae-zoo’s ex husband and the rose guy. Even if one does have a good moral compass it’s no one’s business to interfere in a coworkers life when they don’t know shit about the situation and when they’ve not been asked. You don’t have the right to tell them what’s right and what’s wrong. If a crime is being committed then call the police but other than that you are no one to do this. You shouldn’t even have the audacity.

This is very boring. The characters are very unrealistic and the story is so one dimensional. The main character’s whole clan got massacred without any solid proof and he’s like “It’s okay, move on”. Even if it has been 50 years, there’s no way there won’t be any resentment and hatred. The male lead is also so one dimensional. He just carried out his father’s order and didn’t protest at all. Literally killed the family of the person he loved and we’re supposed to pity him? Someone is the comments mentioned the male lead is like Itachi when in reality he couldn’t be any further away from Itachi. Itachi did what he did for the good of his village, not clan. He always prioritised the greater good. He did what he did with conviction, resolve and understanding the consequences of his actions wholeheartedly, not solely because someone ordered him to do it. He never said he was used and he never played the victim. He understood the gravity of what he had done. He even admitted he was a sinner and that maybe there was another way to prevent the outcome he had feared. Itachi was a very complex character and so well written while this male lead comes no where even close to Itachi’s shadow. This male lead did as he was ordered to and fled from taking responsibility. He also hoped to be forgiven and played as though he was a victim too. He never even tried another way. He didn’t even put up a fight.

The ex isn’t nice at all. He literally had no feelings for her whatsoever after 6 years of being together and almost getting married. He just proved that with this chapter. He didn’t care whether they got back together or not. He didn’t care whether she started dating someone else or not. He even didn’t care whether they got married or not. He’s doing everything for her like it’s some sort of favour and he’s treating it like it’s someone else’s business. If he was actually nice he would’ve broken up with her long ago before wasting 6 years of her life since he clearly doesn’t have any romantic feelings for her. He’s just trying to be the nice guy but doesn’t realise what he’s doing is down right shitty. She’s a nice girl. She deserves to know the truth and she deserves to be with someone who actually loves her and not just doing her a favour like she’s some charity case.

People in these comments need to understand that although what J.J did is very wrong and in no way excusable what Leo is doing is even worse. There is a limit to how much disrespect a person can tolerate. In fact Leo is the main problem in their relationship. Leo has reduced J.J from a boyfriend to a sex toy that he can have his way with whenever and wherever. In addition to a sex toy, Leo also treats J.J like a secretary. J.J is not Leo’s bitch and someone he can walk all over. He is Leo’s boyfriend and not only does he deserve love but also respect. Just because J.J was kind to Leo and helped him out is his life Leo took advantage of his kindness. Why does Leo have to be told by other people and J.J himself that he shouldn’t treat J.J like a sex toy and secretary? Does he have no common sense at all? Does he have zero awareness of how to treat his own boyfriend with even minimum amount of decency and respect? Even if Leo has no common sense and zero awareness people around him(like his manager, friends and sisters etc) have been telling him for years to treat J.J properly or he will lose him. Although it’s not shown in the manhwa till now but judging from the story I’m pretty sure even J.J himself has tried to tell him multiple times. Leo is just not interested in listening because he’s too self absorbed. He’s behaving like J.J brought that breakup out of nowhere and without communicating anything when clearly it’s indicated that Leo choose to ignore the signs. J.J also probably gave up seeing Leo’s behaviour and I don’t blame him because J.J is also human. He has a heart and he’s badly hurt too. He’s seeing that Leo has absolutely no consideration for him and he’s given up because he is exhausted and no longer has the strength. He probably broke up with Leo after thinking it over and over again and it definitely took a lot of strength to leave Leo since their lives are so entwined with each other. Even after their breakup J.J kept hope that maybe Leo would finally understand now and be willing to communicate with him and make a change for them but Leo further humiliated J.J by confirming that indeed J.J was nothing but a sex toy to him. Here J.J is worried sick about Leo after the accident and blaming himself for distracting Leo and there Leo is reducing their years of relationship to nothing but rubble. J.J then finally snapped and treated Leo like he was treating him. It’s true that J.J was too rough and there is no excuse for his behaviour. What J.J did is wrong but he literally reached his breaking point. I’m not defending J.J at all for that incident but I’m simply providing context because context indeed does matter. In regards to context, I would also like to point out that Leo knew J.J disliked sex outside and yet he still pushed J.J to have sex with him outside in the starting chapter(an example of how Leo never took J.J into consideration and only cared about himself). Finally in the current chapter J.J has no intention of making Leo jealous. In fact he’s actively trying to get as far away from Leo as possible(maybe even moving to Germany as suggested by the German language book) and cutting ties step by step. Leo is the one who’s hounding J.J for sex not the other way around. Seeing the direction the story is going in it’s pretty clear that even the sex will come to an end soon and J.J will be long gone before Leo comes to his senses.

Minatobro created a topic of Pure Love Operation

The only person I feel bad for in this story is Su-ae. Not only did Eunhyeok abandon her and ghost her but contrary to popular opinion I think Dohwa also abandoned her without saying anything. In the case of Eunhyeok, I understand he must have a very good reason for leaving and I know it’s not typical Eunhyeok behaviour but it doesn’t change the fact that he left her without saying anything. He ghosted her for a literal decade. She literally waited for him for so many years but when it finally crossed the threshold she gave up. He didn’t explain anything to her at any given point in the last 10 years. Even if he couldn’t or wouldn’t explain anything to her, the least he could do was have the courtesy to text her he’s leaving or that he’s breaking up with her. He could even just send an anonymous letter at any time during the last 10 years and simply only say I’m sorry but he didn’t even do that. He did nothing. He completely and utterly abandoned her despite knowing how much she loved him. Do you even understand what that can do to a person? It breaks a person completely. It makes them lose all confidence, all hope. It fills them with hatred and resentment. It makes them think they won’t ever get anything because they don’t deserve anything . It pollutes every good and loving memory you both once shared together. Seeing grown Su-ae that is indeed the case. In the case of Dohwa, I know he loved Su-ae a lot . I know he was heartbroken and hurting because Su-ae didn’t return his love but was that all she was to him? A love interest? If that love isn’t reciprocated does that mean you just up and leave without saying anything to that very love interest? Wasn’t she his friend before he started loving her? Wasn’t she always there for him whenever he needed her? Wasn’t she willing to do anything for Dohwa? Is that what she deserved from someone she considered her friend? It’s within Dohwa’s right to leave if he’s hurting too much. It’s also within Dohwa’s right to never talk to Su-ae again if he doesn’t want to but it’s also within Su-ae’s right to be hurt by her friend who abandoned her without saying anything. She deserved the courtesy to be told he’s leaving . She may have not loved Dohwa romantically but she did love Dohwa as a friend. Dohwa knew that. She never knowingly hurt him. She always tried to protect him. Even after knowing Dohwa’s feelings she never tried to deceive him and give him false hope. She would’ve tried to make things right with him if he stayed or at least told her he was leaving but he didn’t. He choose to be selfish and tend to his broken heart only. He reduced Su-ae to being his love interest only and forgot that she was his friend first and love interest later. He forgot that his friend could have her heart broken by him too. That’s what common between Eunhyeok and Dohwa. They both abandoned her while only thinking about their situation and their own broken heart. They forgot about Su-ae and her broken heart. If they both couldn’t stay the least they could do was have the minimum amount of courtesy and respect for her and tell her they were leaving. Both didn’t do that. Both never once contacted her in 10 years. She loved them both in her own way. They both betrayed her trust and love. Su-ae is always getting betrayed by people she loves and trusts most like her ex-boyfriend, her step/foster sister Raim, Eunhyeok and Dohwa. Eunhyeok and Dohwa both made her lose faith in ever being loved. She stayed single for 10 whole years because of the damage they both did to her. It doesn’t matter whose better now between Eunhyeok and Dohwa because they both hurt her deeply in different ways. She deserves better. She deserves to be loved and respected. She deserves to be happy.

Minatobro created a topic of Fangs

From what I understand, they aren’t vampires at all. There is no such thing as a vampire in real life in this story. From fairytales it’s understood that being a vampire means you’re technically dead but you’re body is still alive meaning you don’t really have a soul anymore. It also means you remain ageless and feed on human blood as food. Being a vampire also means you’re a different species now. What Megi said is that they are basically not vampires at all but immortal beings with cursed blood meaning they are basically humans that are cursed with immortality because of their blood. They don’t feed on blood for food but because they want to dilute the cursed blood and lose their immortality and become complete humans again. The cursed blood is like a venom to them. Fangs isn’t the name of a species but the name of the knight’s order who were the first to become immortal by having their blood cursed. This knight’s order was led by a Royal along with his guard. The knight’s order became immortal to save their country. Why and how they actually became immortal and what their actual purpose is will be revealed in volume 4. In regards to Megi’s and Ichi’s past, Megi actually formed a harem of vampires as an experiment. He turned regular humans by force into fangs and then made them a part of his harem by using his “charm”(special ability) which could enslave people(brainwash them). The fangs in his harem would only feed blood from Megi and Megi would only feed blood from them. Megi abused the fangs from his harem in all sorts of ways using his charm. He made them kill countless humans, do a number of other unspeakable things as well as most likely sexually assault them. Megi’s main aim with his harem was to dilute the concentration of his cursed blood so that he can die as a human (because the fangs believe that the more blood they drink the more diluted the cursed blood becomes hence purifying them from immortality). Ichi was also a part of Megi’s harem. He hated Megi and wanted to kill him. When Ichi had a moment of clarity when Megi wasn’t using his charm on him he decided to poison Megi and kill him. Megi has very sharp senses and noticed right away. He timely took out the poison from his blood. To punish Ichi for trying to kill him Megi himself used that poison to kill every member of his harem except for Ichi. His harem had more than 100 fangs. Ichi was the only survivor of the harem. Since Megi killed countless innocent fangs just to punish Ichi he was sentenced to fang prison where they are starved and punished forever. Ichi felt guilty for being the reason Megi killed those innocent fangs who were in the same situation as him so he decided to join the fangs public division of welfare to help the other fangs. Presently, Megi escaped from his prison and he wanted to form another harem again for his purification experiment. That’s the reason he turned En. Although Megi did escape to form another harem he also has some other motive and objective that we are yet to be aware of. All we know for now is that Megi’s other motive has something to do with a specific stone and their cursed blood. It will also be revealed in the next volume. Megi is caught again by the Royal who led the original knighthood of fangs. Since fangs can’t actually kill each other themselves ethically(Megi didn’t kill his harem directly. He fed them poison which in turn killed them. Killing fangs by poison is most likely not accept by fangs.) the Royal decided to erase Megi’s memory as punishment because not only did Megi escape from prison but again killed countless innocent humans and fangs again(He most likely killed fangs using poison again).

People need to understand she’s not behaving like a child. She has been abused and kept in seclusion all her life. She’s just unaware and innocent. The male lead is the greenist flag ever.

The comments on this manga are weird. The story was pretty good. So what if the uke used to sell his body? He started it because he couldn’t find decent work for himself and was abandoned by his parents and left to fend for himself since high school. He stopped selling himself as soon as the seme came and never cheated on him. He literally quit his job for the seme despite the uke literally being penniless just because the seme said so. So how are the comments making uke out to be the bad guy and a whore? In addition, there have been multiple mangas where the tops are either porn stars, prostitutes, hosts, rental boyfriends etc who don’t quit their jobs even when start dating the bottoms and I’ve never seen such negative comments on those mangas. People are so full of hypocrisy.

I think people judge this story from an ordinary person’s point of view. The fact of the matter is that every character in this story is anything but ordinary. The characters and we(regular people) live two very different lives. Their lives, beliefs and ideology meaning basically everything is so vastly different from us that we can’t begin to comprehend it. Uichi and Akitora are characters with a few screws loose even in that kind of world. They both embrace their uniqueness wholeheartedly. Morality is not something that is on their radar. Akitora cheating on Asami isn’t a deal breaker because Asami knows Akitora well enough already. She knows that Uichi and Akitora are two sides of the same coin. She also knows Akitora isn’t the type to be swayed by light feelings and that Akitora loves her completely too but just in a different way than Uichi. She’s not heart broken over it because she loves Akitora completely too and doesn’t see it as her loosing her place or Akitora’s love. She’s not mad at Uichi because she understands where his and Akitora’s feelings are coming for and is okay with it. She’s a very strong woman who took on the task of being a yakuza boss’s wife so don’t take her lightly. Uichi is messed up in the head and did something terrible to Tatsuyuki. In the normal world that is something that won’t ever be forgiven and rightfully so but we forget they don’t live the same regular lives we do. Something that is unforgivable for us is not something they can’t move on from because they already live in darkness on the daily and they like it. This is the life they willing choose. Akitora himself is messed up in the head. He doesn’t care what happened to Taysuyuki as long as he has accepted his role willingly. Akitora’s father was like this to him too and he still liked him and wanted to surpass him. So he just thinks that this is part of Tatsuyuki growing up. Also I feel like Akitora does have a vague idea what happened to Tatsuyuki but is still okay with moving forward because again he sees this as just part of Tatsuyuki becoming aware of his responsibilities. So, if you like to read stories with characters who live in the white or light grey then this is not for you. This story is about people in the dark grey and black. I personally like it because of its uniqueness from all other mangas.

Okay I’m just going to say it, those people who have a problem with Shahid and the manga in general should just stop reading it already instead of going to the comments section on every update and ruining the whole vibe and feeling for the rest of us. You’re also greatly discouraging new readers. If you don’t like the characters or the story just don’t read it anymore. Why do you have to ruin it for everyone else?
Also in the case of Shahid you people need to stop being so biased without even trying to understand him. People have been trying to assassinate him his entire life since he was a child. At one point, assassins even made a game out of trying to kill him as shown in the manga. He has never known his father and his mother was killed when we was very young. His friends were killed. He was abandoned by the royal family and was essentially all alone. He was barely ever given permission to leave the country or city. He’s been trapped in a cage all his life waiting to be killed. Do you think that sort of thing isn’t stressful or doesn’t have any effect on people? People expect him to be perfect but forget his situation completely. Yes, Shahid used to sleep around a lot but the reason is because he tries to find comfort in physical touch. Physical touch gives him the surety that he’s indeed still alive. A lot of people with trauma are like that. Shahid sleeping around shouldn’t be an issue because he was not in a relationship. Also since Shahid came to Kinard’s mansion in the middle of the story he has stopped sleeping with others. Yes, he’s been in love with Yesing for a while but he still slept around because he always believed that Yesing loved Kinard and not him. Even the flashbacks show why Shahid always thought Yesing prefers someone like Kinard rather than him. Shahid doesn’t have a lot of self esteem despite his looks. Him treating Yesing like a child also has something to do with him not being able to openly declare his love to Yesing because again he thought Yesing loved someone else. Also Shahid unconsciously keeps treating Yesing like that. To an outsider you can clearly see that Shahid is in love but since he himself behaves like that unconsciously he doesn’t think anyone notices. Also 4 years ago Shahid had faced yet another assassination attempt and was drugged out of his mind to manage both the physical and emotional pain. Of course this doesn’t excuse what he did to Yesing but at the same time he couldn’t control what he was doing. It’s not entirely his fault. Also 4 years ago although Shahid was a little rough, Yesing was actually enjoying it in the beginning. It only started bothering Yesing when he thought Shahid was imagining someone else instead of Yesing and Yesing didn’t want Shahid to think of him as one of his fuck buddies because Yesing also loves Shahid. Even presently the only issue Yesing has is that he thinks Shahid just wants to have sex with him and no relationship when we all know that isn’t the case. There’s miscommunication between them which will be clear in the following chapters (I’ve seen the raws).

Realistically speaking Riftan is not wrong. Why would anyone want to endanger their beloved wife and family knowing how dangerous and difficult the journey will be. Maxi had a difficult time getting to Anatol when they had luxuries with them. In this journey they won’t have access even to basic necessities let alone luxuries. Also monsters are very dangerous and unpredictable. An untrained person would have a very difficult time surviving let alone helping others. Why would a loving husband willingly put their untrained and inexperienced wife through that sort of hardship and danger just because they ask to? What if something happens and Maxi gets seriously injured or killed? What if she sees something so horrifying that she gets psychologically scarred? There’s no way to predict what will happen on this journey. This is not about believing in Maxi’s abilities but rather admitting how dangerous it actually is. Even knights get killed on these journeys when they’ve had years of training and experience. Anyone in Riftan’s shoes would never allow their wife to be in such danger just because she thinks she can handle herself and is insisting. The other knights didn’t make a vow to protect Maxi no matter what but Riftan did as her husband. As a reader calling Riftan unreasonable and a loser is stupid when we know his reasonings. People need to stop bashing his character for no good reason and actually critically think why he’s behaving like this when we know all the information. Maxi is also not wrong to insist on going. She has an ability that can save the knights and especially Riftan if something goes wrong. If she doesn’t go knowing that and something does happen she won’t be able to forgive herself for not doing anything. Even though Maxi is not wrong that doesn’t mean she’s right either. Riftan is also not in the wrong. They need to reach a middle ground.

Minatobro created a topic of Under the Oak Tree

People that blame Riftan for being overprotective and jealous need to first understand that they’ve only been together for like 6-7 months. He also still thinks Maxi grew up in luxury, loved by her father and not working a day in her life. Obviously from the time period this story is based in noble ladies seldom did any work themselves and just enjoyed their luxuries. Riftan loves Maxi but he obviously has an inferiority complex because he’s an orphan who grew up as a mercenary. He literally had nothing and no one in his life and risked his life so many times just to make a name for himself. Maxi got married to him because of an underhanded plot by her father. She didn’t marry him because she loved him. When they initially got married he had nothing to his name. He was so different in status to her as he was a no name knight who was being sent to get killed by the dragon in her father’s stead. He was also away from her for 3 years after their wedding night. From Riftan’s pov Maxi got the short end of the stick no matter how much he loves her. That’s why he wants her to be happier than anyone else but from his pov as someone who grew up nothing happiness comes from luxuries and getting to enjoying them. He doesn’t know Maxi got abused by her father and lived a terrible life with him. He wants to treat Maxi like a Queen because he thinks she was treated like a Queen at her father’s mansion. He wants Maxi to enjoy the same luxuries and same life style as she did at her father’s mansion. He doesn’t want Maxi to work just as he thinks she didn’t work at her father’s. He doesn’t want Maxi to go out of her way to accommodate him. In short he doesn’t want Maxi to suffer and fall in status because she’s married to him. He doesn’t want Maxi to get hurt and regret being with him because he’s so in love her. He’s always going to be overprotective because he loves her a lot but the level of overprotectiveness and jealousy will reduce as they spend more time together and get to know each other, about their pasts and traumas. Communication takes time to develop. Give them that time. Maxi is doing great in how she’s communicating her feelings to Riftan but give Riftan some time because he doesn’t know how Maxi has suffered. He’s a really good man.

People saying they hate the blonde when he hasn’t done anything terrible or bad. He’s just jealous for obvious reasons, nothing communication can’t fix. If that’s enough reason to hate a character and prefer a creep of a professor over him who’s clearly eyeing a student, is disgusting and a stalker than as readers we really deserve shit stories because we clearly no longer have tastes, standards or morals for that matter.
