I'm not an expert but there's definitely maybe platonic scenes, not much though. There is a scene where Hikaru explained he didn't know whether he felt romantic or platonic feelings for the black hair dude I forgot his name but yee
There are lots of scenes that can be interpreted as "romantic", in the first two chapters Hikaru tells Yoshiki that he loves him.
Yoshiki gets embarrassed when he sees Hikaru's body (this happened twice) and "hikaru" asks Yoshiki if he loved Hikaru but he doesn't answer him...
It's a horror series with queer elements in it...
