It was a recent manwha a few months ago I think, the top had blue hair and bottom has brown? MC is the bottom, one day his new boss shows up to work and it's the top, he's a freak and kind of crazy -- he constantly trying to get along with the bottom, trying to get him to move in with him, put plants around the office cuz why not... it reveal later that they used to be friends in highschool
