It is! This has a novel and it has soooo mich more. Although i personally havent read it yet. I read somewhere that the ending here in manhwa is not the ending in the novel

No, hes a recessive omega, they can't have kids. But its such a good read. And how he handles all the problems thrown at him is such peak writing.
Awww they would have had adorable kids. I thought the author would conjure up some magical logic that recessive omegas can only have kids with the Alphas they've awakened. But oh well.
I looked like it was going to. And I seriously thought that it was going to have babies. But alass they didnt. It ended with them just living together happily
