Ngl I think if Mielle is like Violette from I Swear I Won't Bother You Again.
Now hear me out....
Mielle and Violette are the daughters of a powerful and wealthy noble household. Both their mothers are no longer in the picture. Violette, because her mother died. And Idk about Mielle but probably the same thing considering she is not in any of the manga and since Mielle and her brother hate Aria. Secondly, the fathers all of a sudden brings into the family, someone of low status, a commoner, that he had an affair with since the daughters in both mangas are around the same age. And no doubt their both upset since it's probably soon after the their mothers left/died. The only difference is that Aria and Maryjun are completely different but nonetheless both Mielle and Violette feel inferior toward them in some aspect.
Ik wat u gonna say and yes, the father does give Mielle more love while in Niolette doesn't get any but as seen in spoilers and future chapters, the father is just using them and we also know that Mielle tries to kill her father, so how good could their relationship have been really. Let's also remember we are reading from Aria's perspective in this manhwa. If we read this story in Mielle's perspective, we would all def think Mielle was the victim. And we don't really know her perspective right now.
And I know you gonna say their personality is completely different and Vio is more wholesome and cute, but at some point she did try to kill her sister as well after all that corruption. Also I Swear I Won't bother You Again is in Violette's perspective so who is to say everything written is exactly as others or her sister Maryjun sees it.
Just my personal opinion but wat do you think?
Just wanted to vent a bit

I think both Mielle and Aria are despicable people in their own right lol. Aria doesn't claim to be a good person, nor is she trying to be-- but she really was fucked over in her first life. All she did was be a kid, a kid mind you that had ZERO education before coming to a noble household, and Mielle, that rat, took ALL OF THAT and turned it into a reason she should die in the end. For what reason? Because she hated her. Why does she hate her? Because she came to her house. Not because she hated that her father brought back another woman, it's the fact that she brought home another girl with the gall to even try to step into her spotlight. Mielle is selfish, nothing hurts her more than being one-upped, because she's holier-than-thou. From the get-go of this series, you're told that she bullied Aria because she was stupid and it was FUN for her. Violette's bullying was more of a retaliation for years of struggling to get love and attention from people that ignored her in favor of Maryjun.
I think the issue with the comparison of Violette and Maryjun is that Maryjun really didn't do anything in particular to receive Vio's disdain other than being a poor person from an affair and being loved more due to that. Everything in that story happened due to everyone inexplicably loving Maryjun more because she was kinder, while Vio was more venomous in her first life, no holds barred. Sure, she felt like everything she loved was being taken away from her, but Mielle is a two-faced bitch. Violette was written with a heart that was damaged from her mother's passing and her father's disdain even before he brought home Maryjun. Mielle was born into love and wealth and struggles to keep that because she thinks Aria DOESN'T DESERVE *ANYTHING*. Pained Jealousy vs Selfish Privilege. Big difference. I think if this story was seen in the perspective of Mielle from the start, we'd have thought of Aria as some big brat, but Mielle bullying her for just being an uneducated brat (understandably) is HORRIBLE. I can't sympathize with that.
Sorry this got long, I also started really thinking about it halway through writing this haha ( ̄∇ ̄")

No, mielle is really fucked up.
I mean really, yeah i get it, you don't like your new "intruders" in your family.
But.. but killing her and her mother, when they basically didn't do anything to you?
Nah. Mielle is too much.
Aria is not a good person either, but Mielle deserves it totally.
Not to mention Mielle feels so "unfair" when something bad happens to her, and she is actually pretty stupid.

Oh, Violette is absolutely narrowminded in thinking that Maryjun was the sole source of all of the tragedies she faced in her past life, and considering her solution to that was to completely avoid any involvement with her sister, that mindset didn't really change; she just decided not to harm her this time. But, may I ask exactly what misery Mielle had been suffering from? She had everything she could have ever asked for, her father and brother doted on her and pretty much ostracized Aria from the beginning. Her maids adored her and still adore her now. And from the recent chapters, Mielle hasn't once mentioned her mother as the driving motivation for her actions, it's class. She doesn't think that a beggar (Aria) deserves to be where she's at. I don't think that's Mielle hating everyone because she's suffering. It's Mielle being a bigot, lmao.

After reading chapter 4, I think I don't blame her husband as much anymore. I feel like he may be rejecting her because he doesn't feel attraction toward her. I feel like he is trying to say that we should communicate more. I feel he is also upset , stressed and having trouble and wants to confide in Michi but feels so distant from her. Meanwhile she is only saying "let's have sex" like that will fix the problem. Not saying it is mainly one of them at fault but it is both of their faults. This feels like a spider web of miscommunications.
I genuinely think that by the time the author reached the stage of them dating that she ran out of ideas for their relationship and made it cliche and typical and the same thing for each chapter but in different formats over and over again
Eh, I still like it even if you think that way
