It's clear the Inseo had feelings from the start from before they even actually did anything. Back when after dry humping he just put his head down. I honestly think he's not as slow when it comes to feelings as I originally thought. I feel like he likes Hyeok and is using his body for them to get closer? I could be wrong but it really seems like he caught and recognized his feelings a while ago and it just waiting on Hyeok. For example the last part. when he thought about Hyeok liking him back he got really excited. that wouldn't happen if he didn't like Hyeok, he would've started thinking about ending the "joke".
