First of all:
Nepthtis - Fake wife (current wife is fake, real wife is in the mirror): fake wife is made by Osiris to watch over Set.
Anubis - Fake + backstabbing son: son is the magic cocktail of Osiris and the real wife and under agent for Osiris to drag Seth to hell.
Isis - Unsympathetic and back-stabbing sister: cursing Seth even after seeing he was ra* by her husband and giving birth to Horus just to get back at him.
Osiris - Obsessive and front-stabbing brother: orchestrated all Seth life and title and family.
Uncaring mother + father: didn't try to talk to Seth and understand whats going on, just helping Horus to take Seth down.
All other family members: just watching as the shit burns to hell and helping Horus in dethroning Seth.
Sekhmet: adding fuel to the fire.
Ra: enjoying the drama and maybe secretly directing Sekhmet actions.

The only one who actually gives a shit about Set is Horus but Sekhmet, of course, ruined the relationship by drugging him with Viagra and further traumatized Seth. (But baby bird was regretful about it so he is the most decent person unlike some brother who just rap* his brother and acted like it was natural).

I read the wife’s dialogue again and it’s very touching imo. The wife and papa are pure blood vampires and they have lived for a very long time, experiencing all kind of tragic bondings. Thus the wife and papa “built sandcastles” (ie closing their heart to others) but eventually, someone will come and make them open their heart again, and that someone will either perish or go evil. It is similar to a sandcastle being washed up by the waves, no matter how many you build, the wave would come destroy it. The wife chose to face that reality by dying, while papa decided to kill everyone that dared to get close to his heart.
Alas, Gunchan was the one that succeeded. He could hear papa’s feeling and wanted him to open up his heart, while being alive.
