It's confusing to work out what actually happened between Sungho and Dohyun in high school so I wanted to share what I've worked out.
They meet in their first year of high school and are in the same class (this is important for working out when exactly the flashbacks are happening). They become friends and start hanging out spring and Dohyun develops feelings for Sungho in summer (ch 41). He kisses Sungho but Sungho rejects him.
They carry on being friends after this (ch 43, 45) and sometime before the end of the first year Sungho kisses Dohyun and says he doesn't feel the same but he can handle a kiss (ch 45). There's still no sex happening.
Then they move up to second year and get split into different classes. They can't hang out as much and Dohyun starts to distance himself believing it to be inevitable (ch 45). In March (the beginning of the school year) Sungho goes into hospital for appendicitis and Dohyun doesn't seem to notice he was gone. Sungho is unhappy about them not spending time together (ch 24, 45).
It's not until August 25th that Sungho has sex with Dohyun to stop them drifting apart. Dohyun realises how much Sungho cares about him and goes along with it because he thinks this will give Sungho a reason to stay with him (ch 46). They keep on having sex until November when the whole warehouse thing happens and they break up.
So basically the diary is only from the second year of high school, when Sungho had known Dohyun for a year. They were friends for more than a year and in a sexual relationship for only about 3 months. Dohyun didn't distance himself from Sungho because Sungho wouldn't have sex with him--they went back to being normal friends after Dohyun kissed him.

So I think what happened is he was stood on the chair, tied a noose around the light and then kicked away the chair to hang himself. But the light broke under his weight and he crashed to the floor, cutting his cheek on the glass from the light.
Really :0 if so then this make sense... i thought he has scar cuz he is from loan shark group or mafia kind of things...
Also considering how badly Dohyun treated Sungho in the past, it's really likable for him to consider suicide. You'll know the whole story building to that (chapter 51~53) soon in English~ we'll work hard to increase the pace :))
Has anyone ever thought of writing fanfic for Warehouse? What kind of ideas do you think would be cool to explore in fic?
I looked for fanfics on AO3 and I'm disappointed there aren't that many compared to killing stalking so I'm writing to contribute, though I'm extremely slow about it. (￣∇￣")
Uuuh for ideas, I'm not really sure. Maybe explore why Sungho feels disgusted by sex then does things that contradict that? Or maybe Dohyun and Sungho doing cutesy stuff in high school?
I think AUs are especially cool to think about for Warehouse because of the snake doujinshi that already exists. Exploring ideas of how Dohyun and Sungho can meet in different circumstances, feel that instant connection...and ruin everything for themselves all over again in new and exciting ways, because that's their fate.
Yeah, me too. It's similar to KS (better imo) so I think there are lots of stories that can be written about Warehouse. I'm cheering you on, rottenpeach!
I agree about AUs being good for Warehouse. The doujinshi was really interesting because of that. Maybe a selkie AU where Sungho takes Dohyun's sealskin? Or, I like wingfic, so some AU where Dohyun has wings.
Or a role reversal AU. There have been a lot of fanart/art with that. You'd just reverse the dynamics with Sungho forgetting about Dohyun in high school but Dohyun growing more obsessed with Sungho until he ends up kidnapping him.
Thinking some more about fic ideas...
What about a role reversal crossover? Where Dohyun from the canon universe swaps with the Dohyun from the role reversal universe? So you'd get obsessed!captor!Dohyun/captor!Sungho and captive!Dohyun/captive!Sungho. They would have some pretty interesting interactions.
Does anyone think chapter 36 and 48 are portraying the same event?
In chapter 36 Sungho is waiting for Dohyun in the warehouse and texting him, Dohyun answers but quickly hangs up. We think Sungho is going to be left alone but he comes and kisses Sungho.
In chapter 48 almost exactly the same thing happens, with pretty much exactly the same conversation, but Dohyun doesn't come.
So in chapter 36 is Sungho maybe just hallucinating/dreaming that Dohyun came for him? I feel like it's not a coincidence that the exact same words are used and chapter 36 is what Sungho wishes happened.
Yeah. I agree. What happned might be that someone else went in the storage room and sungho hallucinated it to be dohyun. And the policemen were talking about some sort of abduction that sunho possible did. In the last line of chapter 36, sungho believed that theyd be together as long as they were in the storage room. Maybe he kept whoever it id he abducted inside the storage room thinking it was dohyun??
You're right! The texts are the same! And your theory is probably right considering the fact that police found sungho in the warehouse and he was mad because dohyun didn't come for him(he probably had dreamt about him coming but woke up to face the harsh reality)
Have you been converting the ages from Korean ages to Western ages? (Since they count age differently in Korea to be one year more than Western age)
So when Sungho got Dohyun cake for his 18th birthday had he actually turned 17? And in the Q&A when they list their ages as 28 are they actually 27?
Sakuma will get pissed off and look at Tsukasa with hate filled eyes, thus turning Tsukasa on. And hate sex will ensue. A messed up relationship of mutual abuse is the only way Tsukasa won't get bored and leave.
And they'll eventually end up killing each other. What a healthy and bioutiful story we have there! All that for that sorry Uke to not get "bored", nice!

The author has a poll on their twitter for which top/bottom dynamics they should do for Joseph and Yongsu. Joseph is the long haired mob guy and Yongsu is the mob guy with the baseball cap (chapter 36.5 has their pics and details).
I voted Joseph/Yongsu (second option). I don't particularly care about the mob characters but the more submissive guy topping would be slightly more interesting.

Looks like Joseph will top after a very close race (hooray for Joseph). Killa and Whale were betting on it and Whale who lost will be forced to draw a prize? I think it's for fanservice. I'm not sure that Joseph/Yongsu is exactly "canon" for main Warehouse?

The webtoon is really confusing with how it presents their past, so I've tried to put it together into a timeline.
First things first, I believe the ages in the manhwa are wrong (because Korean ages are one year older than Western ages). So where it says they are both currently 28, they're actually 27. When Dohyun gets hit on the back 18 times for his birthday, that's actually his 17th birthday.
Sungho and Dohyun met in their first year of high school when they were in the same class together. Sungho's birthday is March 1st (first day of the school year but a public holiday), so he's 16 right at the start. Dohyun is 15 but he turns 16 that year in September.
Sometime in spring Sungho and Dohyun become friends and hang out in the warehouse together.
In the summer (ch 41, based on how hot it seems to be) Dohyun develops feelings for Sungho. He kisses Sungho but Sungho rejects him. But they carry on being friends (ch 43, 45)
