It was okay at the beginning but then the marathon to the latest chaps completely exhausted me. I know after being gaslit and manipulated for so long, he is ignorant to a lot of stuff. But didn't he study psychology?!! What in the functional rational human being couldn't even identify what they like or not? Its the difference between hotdog or sausage, rice or bread. What is this grown baby that couldn't even build a concrete self?
I wouldn't have complain if he was an alien.

    Yeah it’s easy for us to see the issues as a second party overlooking, but it’s a whole heap harder to realise this stuff when it’s you in that seat, you only know the normal you’ve been shown. Also plenty of psychologists are mentally unwell themselves… actually I’d say the majority HAHAHA! Studying psychology doesn’t make u a master of all, ur still human and susceptible to ur own worst enemy (ur brain).

    Like I can empathise a little too myself, I grew up in an abusive family, to this day whenever I have an argument there’s this thick layer of mind fog that happens were I can barely tell the truth from lies afterwards, I can barely remember the fight! I can’t help it, I know why it happens but that doesn’t help me remember, same deal with him he’s in a foggy daze and can barely tell truth from reality

    i pray you never know trauma like this that makes you lose your identity this hard. im glad you've never gone through it, but i assure you this is what plenty of real victims go through. i know you didn't mean to be insensitive and are just doing some commentary on a fictional character, but be mindful of how your opinion applies to actual mentally ill people.

    victims often times have a hard time to register whats happening to them, not to mention in this case he's been brainwashed severely by that bastard since he was a child. learning psychology doesn't magically heal someone from all of that, that's why he need a professional help to assist him. him wanting to stand up on his own is actually pretty commendable, he's reclaiming his own identity that's been lost.
