I haven't read a yaoi so far where the uke's nose bleed during sex unless it was intentional or like the uke accidently hit something?
Uh... I got curious and concern about the uke's nosebleeds, cause that ain't normal useless it was like what I stated above. Went and did some reason, and yeah, that's not safe sex. Uke should go to the hospital since he experience nosebleed during sex.
