Like actually tho read this on webtoon first off And second off i like the series and ive been reading it basically since the beginning and people r getting annoyed at the fact that John is doing this. John said he was going to tear down the hierarchy one way or another so he's disguising himself and using his powers to tear down those who r of a higher tier. He could just go without the mask but doing it anonymously will keep him where he is without revealing that he's a high tier. As it is, there isnt really any other way of doing this (at least the way i see it)
