BL featuring at least one middle-aged or older main character
I just read Retirement, Not Love! and i love the MC! (The ML sucks and the MC deserves better!) Anyway if anyone has any recs for BL with older guys, I'd love to hear about them!
This would be so good if the ML could stop forcing himself on the MC. Here's holding out hope he either learns consent or gets left for the second ML. I'd drop the series if i weren't so starved of older gentlemen in BL
WHAT IS THIS??? WHO IS THIS FOR???!?!!! AM I ONE OF THEM? I CAN'T TELL IF I HATE OR LOVE THIS SERIES THAT HAS GIVEN ME MORE WHIPLASH THAN ANY ROLLERCOASTER I'VE EVER BEEN ON, AND I'VE RIDDEN MORE THAN A FEW INCREDIBLY AGGRESSIVE WOODEN ROLLERCOASTERS!!!
Bro this fucking family read about the incest fuckery in Europe and decided they'd try to rival the Habsburg Lineage
Vague same-face-syndrome aside, the art style is fabulous! Whomst TF is hating on the artist!!! (Yes, I know, it's the Chinese fanbase, but still why???) (╯`Д´)╯╧╧
All y'all who complain about "bad translations" need to stop being spoiled brats. God forbid a one or two person team miss an SFX, misspell something, or just have a sentence that doesn't make sense. Have you ever tried to even comprehend any East Asian languages? I struggle with proving names someone's, so I can hardly even imagine how it is to translate. Even with an online translator, it's a lot of work to double check meanings, clean the original text, and typeset the translated parts in just the right places before posting them in the right order. Speaking from experience, even just the cleaning and typsetting part of being an unofficial translator is a lot of work for just a page of a manga, let alone a whole chapter of a webcomic.
You can you up, no can no BB. If you can do better, then do it. If you can't, then shut up and just enjoy the story. Shitting on translators is how you ruin the story for everyone and it only takes a few negative comments in a sea of positivity to discourage them, so they never improve, and the series may never get finished. I've seen it happen so many times and I'm tired of seeing it go down the same way every time.
