The saintess is just a whore?

Ho that’s an interesting point.
I re read everything, but so far, i suppose there are a pair of hint that she might be toxic in the 5th and 6th chapters, but nothing as obvious as the despicable sister.
You probably will be right in the end.
I must say i dislike the way females are written in these tales.
They are so bad towards each others. We already live in a male centric world, and we don’t need women to be the worst enemy of women, which is sadly too often the case.
Stories are nurturing something very toxic for the women community. Just like the way bullying became so prevalent you find it even in kids Christmas movies, which in turn showed very young kid it’s an acceptable /normal standard of communication With the result you can guess
It’s also one of the reasons i am also very weary of judgemental words about women sexuality.
I am truly glad you we not offended by my questions
Peace :)

With manga/manhua/manhwa I think it's because of the historical setting that the women are toxic to each other, not defending that they should since it's shown it other ones that there can be actually good written women and redemption arc(?)
and I think most of the mean and toxic women in these are just for the drama and don't get like a redemption arc cause they want us to hate them so we wouldn't feel bad when they get like written off (get killed or sent away)
Also no hate to harems even if they are just a side character, but when they are written like this they don't seem that necessary and with the way I've read these types of stories, I think this will be like the saints true colours will be exposed and then all the guys will leave her
Hope I don't sound rude!!

You don’t !! It’s always so interesting to be able to share a little bit like that :)
I can’t say I like any type of harem, whatever variant it is. Polyamor would be fine, because there’s enough reciprocity, and it’s not forced upon anyone. It might be just another word, but i do believe words matter :)
Also while I’m not fond of the coercive nature of harems, i have read a few polyandry stories that were a bit interesting, as there were not purely a reserved version of the terrible horrible polygyny of our world.
When it comes to female representation, as it is a fiction, far from any real historical reality, I still think it’s disappointing to go for the easy female antagonism. I would think women have always been vastly isolated from one another by male society, but there must have been places when they had a world for themselves.
We chose what we keep and show, and we build ourselves visions of past times that are but patchworks of truth and lies ?
To me any work of fiction has an influence on readers, and i would hope to read more inspiring tales :)
As you mentioned, maybe these are choices to make the reader comforted with so savage episodes where characters are offed.
I liked that some writers questioned the ability to be happy of someone who had to see the sacrifice of a loved one or the condamnation of a third party in the name of redemption, and get on with their life after an unavoidable blood bath ?
In the same way there have been a few villains / villainesses stories (some very very bad ones too though)
I have been learning about non violent communication for a bit of time, and i am seriously convinced we lack a lot of examples to change our ways :)
As you said maybe it’s easier to unfold the tale in a conventional way, and I would add, probably publishers are pushing that way too, but it’s also boring to read always the same old tropes ?
That makes me hope for better ? :D
The first person who you should suspect is the one who will say's the sentences just like that damn nanny of Dive.
