I feel like this is gonna blow up in Jaehyuk‘s face. I do feel like he was being sincere with the confession but the timing is very bad. Garam is definitely not on the same wavelength as him. Since Jaehyuk used to play around so much he already thinks that he‘s just another one of Jaehyuk‘s flings and that his interest in Garam will pass and now said guy is confessing to him lol
