The MC is too arrogant and seems like even as the writer in our world, he won’t get far in the writing career. The world setting only focuses on who have more reads than others but not the idea or attitude of the top writers that gets them far. How should I say this? I think the top writers mind’s would be sophisticated, observant, smart, and calm. However, all top writers in this manhwa just all about powers. I’m very disappointed that the setting has much more potential than it is now. Like, the idea of power difference comes from genre that writers publish, romance can be charm power, action is superhuman strength, psychological is mind control power, horror is necromancy, and much more.
It’s very simple, and I’ve never found this plot before. Now, we don’t know yet if the seme guy is actually just a fragment of memory or a real him? But literally, If it’s just a fragment, anyone who can’t move on with loved one’s death is totally fine anyway. I’m looking forward to how this manhwa will turn out to be. And the sex scene is quite normal, so I’ll stick to the main points.
I've really tried to ignore 'that' curing method and focus on his op power since it's all I interested the most. But the author couldn't come up with a new method to cure new woman in his harem. I think most readers of Nano Machine didn't expect romance or even harem, but the author failed to keep it that or at least just romance. Anyone can't say harem is normal in the murim world, if so then make it acceptable! Like OMG the MC is so based, he is monogamous.

IDK, it's not my job to think hardly to find an acceptable way. Even I know one, the author isn't gonna see my suggestion. So, why wasting my time to think that? The mc is the focus point of this story, it's fine for others to get their harem but not him.

This is TOTALLY different from The Greatest Estate Developer. I think it gets bored because it is not huge development like kingdom building or whatever, they're very obvious and impactful like OMG this town/kingdom improved so much. And the medical details are a no to me, it isn't as interesting as Medical Return which progressed faster in each arc. The comedic couple (BL too LOL), the MC and black-hair knight guy haven't appeared frequently and done stupid things as much as Lloyd and Javier. I mean it is the fucking hilarious thing ever, but this manhwa doesn't have it, or it still not reaches that point of story yet. The BL couple in GED has so much chemistry. And out of all that, yeah the MC is a twink. No muscles no life.
