Okay yeah, I can kinda see why the manhwa author decided to change some scenes from the novel. Cos in the novel, they were in their apartment already (they also changed up the order of this and the next chapter), and MC wanted to jump out of the window to wake himself up basically, which is kinda morbid?? So she settled with him getting hit by a car instead? LOL Both are crazy but they went with the less crazy one.
