uhh i don't really understand, but if you aren't legally binded with a contract or anything, it remains in your rights to decline whatever, just say you're sorry but you don't want to represent your uni
I'd love to do that... But my life is at stake cuz my parents even know.... Urg
I assume they're all for it? Well, there are two things you can do I believe
#1 - Tell your parents you really REALLY don't want to do it. Through a fit, break down and cry, whatever, make it known that they will be putting you through hell if you have to do it. Say you'll make it up by doing something else.
#2 - just do it. you're still only in Uni so like around 20? When you're older you'll laugh back at that moment, as nothing more than a memory. Here are some tips on public speaking maybe:
