Like what the actual fuck is going on??? She has this background of being an intellectual, but she's dumb as shit!!! She constantly talks about running away and starting her own apothecary, but keeps on butting her damn nose in other ppl's business!!!! And like no one's stopping her from running away like wtf? (She's too forgiving on the step sis, why? Idfk) There were so many parts to the story where there would be NO ONE looking for her if she had run away. It was pretty annoying on how they try so hard to give a very "smart" image to the MC to the point where it's just trash.
What amplified my annoyance to this is the way they express the supposed emotions on certain scenes. Like wdym the MC straight up cries? I get being sympathetic and stuff, but she's just standing there tearing up in front of a royal.

I agree that slapping her was a bit much, but look at it this way. In his eyes, she's their 10 year old little sister who got kidnapped with the risk of death and she tells them after being rescued that she's fine, she had a weapon, that they could kidnap her all they want and she's going to be fine, of course they're going to make her come back to 'reality'. He thinks that their innocent, sweet little sister is disregarding her own safety 'just because'. His thoughts probably were "Why would you think that?! Don't you know what would have happened?! Is all our worrying, and looking for you, for nothing??"
For me, if my lil sis was out there in danger and she comes back saying "nah it was fine, I was fine" and being real confident, whilst I was frantic looking for her and worrying abt her, ofc I'd be mad at her. Like, Idk be more worried about your situation????? Be more aware?? I know you know the dangers, but at LEAST be actually scared for your own safety.
I cannot read this anymore. I get that Yana was betrayed and all that, but she was a scam artist, and now she's trying to scam Kai, but she's still all "I cannot trust him, he's so confusing, why does he act like this to me" CRAZY ASS MF TF U MEAANN????? I really don't understand where her moral compass points, and I'm tired of it, KAI LITERALLY SAVED HER LIFE AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN THINK ABT IT!!!! The age gap is what throws me off. I was wondering that it would be ok if the MC DID go abroad, but would be back when he's 20 or something. Then ml would kinda start falling ig??
