fl ends up escaping again several months later WHILE PREGNANT (i mean are we really surprised). after escaping she finally gets some real growth and thinks for herself, found out that the rebel side is doggshit and steals their supplies (money n etc) and goes into hiding basically with the borned daughter. while that happens ml was in search for her the entire time (took 3 years) bc he was mentally broken without her ig..and unravels what really happened to his parents n learned that fl was completely innocent (obvi we know what happens here, regret n grovel blah blah). after finally finding her, he tries to convice hes a better man or wtv but fl wants nothing to do with him but she wants her daughter to at least know her dad. then later on ml got shot n so fl and daughter ran away but then daughter got abducted by rebels n so fl came back to ml to rescue daughter. daughter rescued, fl and daughter moves to a foreign country n changed names, ml stayed back to fake his death and made a revolution (caused the fall of monarchy) reunites with fl and kid, all changed their names, got married, had another kid

if any of youd explain I still don't get the attraction between them. maybe it is just rushed, but they have almost no chemistry in my opinion aside from being a work relationship. he helped her friend but aside from that, there wasn't much else of substance. I understand this was over a long period squished into less than 30 chapters, but it's not the best plot imo and everyone is entitled to their own opinion
