Appart from trash talking Sovieshu and Rashta, the most pleasant thing about this whole webtoon is that Navier is never the stupid woman that falls in love easily just because she is treated decently by a man. She never prioritize falling in love and she doesn't become a stupid bimbo just because HoT gUy! I love, Love, LOVE this.

Disclaimer: I do like this story, even when there is never a surprise because we always know that she will succeed.
That being said, I think the author is not very good at world building. How can you explain that they have magic to completely transform the appearance of a persona, but is not develop enough to do an MRI (or whatever you need to diagnose a clot in the heart).
That's silly.
And, if the family ought to decide if she can or cannot perform the surgery, why she only ask Linden for consent?, is not the blonde prince also a child of the emperor?, why would the counsel allow Linden to decide about his father treatment when they suspect him? why is he even allowed near the emperor?
Also, I imagine you require a lot of strength to remove the sternum, and she did it all alone with a rudimentary saw, did she used magic then?

... if I'm getting dumber with age, but this was difficult to read. Did that happened to any of you?
Not in an emotional way, but in the narration and progression of the story. Many times (far toO many, really) I was "what's going on here?"
I liked the story and the art, but throughout the whole manga I was having difficulties following the story. I did understand, but it required far too much effort and focus than any other manga I've read, even the not so greatly translated ones. So, I don't think is the translation, I think it was well done. Maybe is the original material... or maybe I'm just getting dumber.

Yeah but I posted a summary and faq here http://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/8430348/
that a "happy development" would make me so mad?
that i could hate a female lead more than i hate trashta
